For bathrooms, high-traffic areas, or outdoor installations, we recommend applying an additional sealant for extra protection. Lithofin MN Stain-Stop is suitable for travertine and most natural stone, indoors and out, and is available from most tile and stone suppliers.

For most applications, we recommend Mapei Ultralite S2 T Flex.

For more demanding surfaces — wet areas, bathrooms, steam rooms, or substrates like plywood, steel, glass, or existing tiles — we recommend a high-strength two-part epoxy adhesive. On painted walls, a Bondcrete primer should be applied first.

Panels can be butt-joined for a clean, seamless look, or finished with a standard mitre at corners and edges. For high-traffic areas, we recommend metal trims. The right option depends on the final look you're after — see the images in our install guide for examples.

Yes — Soft Stone's thin, lightweight design makes on-site cutting and handling quick and easy. For clean, straight cuts and neat edging, we highly recommend using a circular saw fitted with a diamond blade.
